How does the Live Casting Room / Meeting feature work?
Casting directors and crews launch browser-based video meetings directly from their dashboard. During the meeting, you can share talent photos into the studio chat and apply virtual styling/wardrobe options in real time for everyone in the room to view and approve.
What is the best way to get the most out of Lmura?
Start with our free Standard tier to build your core portfolio and test video meetings. As your production or casting volume grows, upgrade to Gold or Diamond for unlimited image uploads, multiple portfolios, and advanced pre-viz/script analysis tools.
Do paid plans include a free trial?
No. Paid tiers (Gold and Diamond) do not have a free trial. Instead, we offer a permanent free Standard plan so you can thoroughly test our core workspace features before upgrading.
How can I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future billing cycles while maintaining full paid access until the end of your current period.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from settings. Your portfolios and data stay intact.
What is the refund policy?
